Corporate Team Build
Nothing builds a team quicker than having to rely on each other, join us on an African style team build sleeping under the stars. Relationships between colleagues are put to the test as they are forced to rely on each for company and support during the trail, with longer trails being more effective at building long lasting associations. Amazing experiences, like sitting 30m away from an Elephant bull as it pushes over giant trees, will bring a team closer together giving them long lasting memories of their adventure.
We have found in the past that the quietness of a trail with no distractions from the outside world is a good time for families to bond.
It is extremely important for families to spend time together. A daughter or son that has an active parental figure in their lives have a better understanding of what it means to be a grownup and will often have more self-confidence. This sets the child up for future success.
Days on trails are filled with times when you have to rely on each other for support, weather you are standing downwind from an elephant bull and you need each other for courage or if you are the person in charge of watch and you are sitting around the fire keeping everyone safe listening to the distant roaring of a lion or the rasping cough of a leopard.
